Mike will sit down with you one on one to form a training plan to reach your goals. For some it's just getting started and completing a 5k. For others, it's setting a new PR, qualifying for Boston or winning the big race!
Mike will communicate weekly to go over your workouts and evaluate your progress towards your goals. He will tweak and adjust your workouts accordingly to how your progress is looking!
